Do we meet online or in person?

Whichever suits you: online by WhatsApp call, in person at a place we agree, or as a walking session outdoors. The price is the same. After you book, I contact you to agree the format and the place. A conversation outdoors can be overheard, so if you would rather talk somewhere private, just say.

In which language do we talk?

Sessions are held in Polish and in English, whichever you feel more yourself in. You can switch mid-sentence; both work.

Is everything I say confidential?

Yes. What you say in a session stays between us and is not shared with anyone else. The only exceptions are where the law requires it, or where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or to another person, in particular a child. Sessions are not recorded, and please do not record them yourself without my written agreement.
