Can I cancel or move my booking?
You can move your booking to another free time online, any time before the session starts, from My Account or from the link in your confirmation e-mail. To cancel, contact me by e-mail or phone within 14 days of your booking confirmation, or use the model cancellation form in the terms of sale. If your session has already fully taken place within those 14 days, the right to cancel no longer applies, which is what you confirm at checkout.
How do refunds work?
If you cancel within the 14 days, I refund everything you paid within 14 days, to the card you paid with. Refunds always go through me, so please contact me by e-mail or phone. A session that has only partly taken place is charged in proportion. If I have to cancel, you choose between a new time and a full refund. If a session is missed and you do not reply when I try to arrange a new time, the booking lapses without a refund, but only once the 14 days have passed.
What if I am late?
We simply start when you arrive. The session still ends at the scheduled time, so arriving late makes it shorter, and the price stays the same.

Every session lasts 45 minutes and costs €36, paid when you book.
